As soon as I entered college, I found an opportunity for improvement in this community of students. I understood that it is an enriching growth opportunity for many more students than I was impacting at that time, so together with my work team, we decided to restructure and optimize the work system to reach more members and better opportunities. So far we have increased the development of this student chapter to 150%. I have learned to develop teamwork skills, leadership, time management, organization, and above all quality. It has been an unforgettable experience.
